    Co-Founder, President

    Marcie Prinzi is a co-founder of The WNY Children’s Advocacy Network. As a foster parent who teaches in the Education Department at SUNY Geneseo and leads professional development in schools throughout New York State, she brings deep expertise in education and child development to her work. Marcie is a fierce champion for youth impacted by abuse and neglect, and is dedicated to creating systems of care that uplift and empower every child.

  • Brad Prinzi

    Co-Founder, Treasurer/Secretary

    Brad Prinzi is a co-founder of The WNY Children’s Advocacy Network and a foster parent dedicated to supporting children and families impacted by the child welfare system. He works at Bausch + Lomb in Global Quality Strategic Development, where he leads initiatives to enhance and align global quality platforms. Brad brings his professional expertise in systems improvement and his personal commitment to child advocacy together in his work with WNY CAN.

  • Angelica Arnold

    Board Member

    With over twenty years of experience in childcare, Angelica has worked with diverse children and families and is a dedicated therapeutic foster mom. Angelica operates a full-time, home-based daycare, providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where young children thrive. She is deeply committed to advocating for and supporting youth affected by trauma in Livingston County.

  • Joshua Ver Hague

    Board Member

    Joshua Ver Hague is a dedicated law enforcement professional and National Guard soldier who brings a strong commitment to service, safety, and community to his work with WNY CAN. As a father of four—one adopted through foster care—he is passionate about supporting children and families across WNY and strengthening the systems that protect them.

  • Rachael Zoller, LMFT

    Board Member

    Rachael Sanford Zoller, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and proud Livingston County native. She serves as the Associate Director for Mental Health and Gender Wellness within the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Rochester. In this role, she works as a therapist, clinical supervisor, and educator. Rachael brings extensive experience in working with children, adults, and families affected by trauma and is deeply committed to expanding access to high-quality mental health care in underserved communities.
